I think she could work but I kind of like how I didn’t know who the bond girls were before they were in 007. Before Casino Royale I never heard of Eva Greene, and I never heard of Anna de Armas etc even though I’m sure they were all kind of famous already. bezos just wants to smash her. His board of his most recent wife already.

He also wanted Rings of Power, dude hasn’t the best track record regarding entertainment.

With this one story, Bond fans can see what Star Wars fans went through with Disney…this is a dead franchise, and I will be shocked if Denis Villeneuve stays with the project

I thought Eva Green was excellent in Casino Royale and one of the main reasons is that she was an intellectual match (or superior) to Bond.
It’s hard to see how SS would bring that to the table..

This just in: Amazon, the company notorious for making impressive-looking but boring and soulless film and TV projects is interested in the impressive looking but boring and soulless performance of Sydney Sweeney.
She has the looks and acting chops to be the Bond girl that we see half-naked in bed w/ James at the beginning of the movie and then never again.

Sydney Sweeney will be out of fashion in 3-5 years, and her acting isn’t exactly Bond Actress quality. Yeah sure, there have been many wooden Bond „Girls“ in the past, but at least since Daniel Craig, all of the Bond Actresses have been legit Good Actors. Let’s not reverse that…
She’ll pull viewers but to me, I’ve always perceived Bond girls as “sensual” first, sexy after. I don’t think she has that demure vibe.
Bond girls are usually not great actors, this should be good for her.
