The UCP and broader reactionary/regressive movement globally has long been at war with even the idea of an organized working class.
I always remember when Danielle Smith was trying to set up her own direct to Alberta cheap exploitable labour pipeline from the UAE and thankfully Unions busted her alongside some investigative journalism.
Danielle Smith has a long history of being paid off by some of the worst industries and actors in our societies. She has no interest in the regular teacher/working class.

UCP didn’t declare war. on Labour movement. They just joined in and followed the examples of the feds…
GOA doesn’t need to really force them back, the fact the Union is not paying strike pay to teachers means they will have to capitulate sooner or later sadly.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t it talk of a general strike that got Ford to back down in a similar situation? Could something similar play out here?
