They’re outnumbered by 2-1 in the province and it’s only got worse as time progresses. Why is this continuously talked about?

Stepping back, it’s really interesting how little the rest of Canada does to integrate even just the French language nationally. Resources do exist, but you have to go out of your way to find them.
For example, I visited the Tyrell Museum in Alberta. You’d think that such a dignified and famous museum would have any bilingual signs, but there were none.
By comparison pretty much every museum in NB or Quebec will have bilingual information.
In Europe it is common to learn two or more languages. In Canada, parents have to out of their way to seek out quality second language learning for their kids.
