Why on earth did she think to even do this ….total disrespectful to the poor deceased and immediate family. She should hang her head in shame if she has the capacity to do even that !!!

Not sure I agree that this should be something she’s arrested for. She definitely shouldn’t have shared it, and should be banned from the platforms she posted it to, but arrested?
This is so stupid and such a waste of taxpayer’s money. These are the type of stupid, frivolous laws that need to be ripped up and thrown out. Real crime is out there getting committed like B&E or phones being stolen in London. Yet plod is going after people sharing images on the internet. It’s time to end this crap.
So, like are we at the stage where if a terrorist attack happened in this country some of the resources of the country will be used to arrest and prosecute people who post the footage online? So much waste in our public resources.
Get ready for images of death and destruction in conflicts (like Palestine, for example) to be labelled ‚distressing‘ and ‚grossly offensive‘ so that people who post evidence of what is happening in those places can be arrested.
haven’t seen the photos, what was specifically against the law here? there’s plenty of death depiction all over the media so must have been something else?
