Blue states should force employers to start withholding federal tax dollars. We are sending the federal government money but they aren’t holding up their part of the social contract.
PSA for all American reading this: The rest of the world – literally – doesn’t have government shutdowns. Payments and services continue – always. No new government elected? Doesn’t matter. No majority to pass a new budget? Doesn’t matter.
Wages are paid, services are rendered.
