Hallo, ich habe am 20. Oktober einen Exmatrikulationsbescheid von der Universität erhalten. Ich hatte im letzten Semester etwas Verspätung bei der Zahlung der Krankenversicherung. Darin heißt es schriftlich: Verlust des Prüfungsanspruchs: Keine Exmatrikulation: wegen fehlender Rückmeldung / fehlender Krankenversicherung
Derzeit ist alles bezahlt. Ich habe nur noch eine Abschlussarbeit übrig.
Bitte zeigen Sie mir, wie ich mich erneut einschreiben kann, um meine Abschlussarbeit abzuschließen.

Please, ask your university. They can guide you much much better than some rando on reddit. You already fucked up, do not make it worse. You do still have the right to take the final examination which does mean that you can attend a similar course elsewhere, or maybe even apply for re matriculation if you resolve the conflict
they sent you a reminder already, gave you a due date, you have not reacted and so they’re exmatriculating you because you didn’t pay the required fee for your studies.
If everything is paid, then you should contact the office at the university that is responsible for enrollment. What that is called exactly depends on the university. You can also get in touch with your Dekanat. They know who to contact and might even be able to fix that with a quick call.
If you run into any problems, find a native German speaker to help you. Unusual problems like this one can sometimes get lost in translation.
It shouldn’t be a big deal for the university. Mistakes happen, and they know that.
The university is much happier with you finishing than dropping out.
You have been exmatriculated in August after allegedly receiving several reminders.
When exactly did you get this letter? It says you can contest this decision legally up to one month after you receive this letter.
I any case, you should contact the university asap.
