People are on these programs for reason.
There are members of the armed services whose families are on those assistance programs.

The cruelty IS the point with this administration. He’s on his revenge tour and everyone is his target. Even his supporters. He hates everyone who’s not making him money hand over fist, and even then he only „likes“ those people until they’re no longer useful to him, then they get discarded.
