You can not bargain with someone like Trump. You have to wait for him to move on to another topic and hope the adults he sends can sneak a deal by him. Trump always asks for more, will pull out at any minute and say anything.
Completely unhinged. There is no winning, except outlasting him. He literally called the deal he signed last time garbage. He is senile, at best.
Business leaders need to step the fuck up. This is not 100% government’s job. Business leaders are paid millions to lead, promote, and protect their businesses and shareholders. They need to do something including lobbying their US partners and diversifying to new markets. Governments can open the door to new markets but private sector businesses need to walk through. I’m tired of Canadians blaming the PM and bureaucracy for everything that goes wrong.
