More than 50 activists have already been detained since the government decided that wearing a mask or “illegally blocking a road” deserves jail time instead of a fine.
First offence (administrative) — up to 15 days.
Second offence (criminal) — up to a year in prison.
so quick question here. winter is coming. the air is dry af. if i go outside wearing a mask NOT near rustaveli, ill get arrested? 🙃
