I wish the show included a song by The Mars Volta.

Idk about the show but when Cedric is on he’s one of the best frontmen of his era. His mic tossing skills are off the charts.

Yea common sense didn’t fit that show ether but yet half of reddit acts like is God’s gift to our mortal eyes and the other half sees it as a poorly done bladerunner asking the exact same questions the original bladerunner asked except stupid. Timothy Olyphant and the creature effects were the only reason I kept up with it but then that horrible ending happened lol.

Well he’s a moron bc I felt like wow this really fits with the group of friends I had when we watched the movies over and over on video release and went to all these bands concerts around the same time. It perfectly captured some nostalgic feelings that while obscure , were definitely fond memories

Sorry but what is “Unc Rock”?

Ummmmmmmmm episode 1 closed with „The Mob Rules“ by Black Sabbath (Dio era)
If u dont think that kicked ass then we fundamentally disagree as humans

Someone from The Mars Volta calling other metal bands ‘unc rock’ is legit hilarious. Man, when some of these Nu metal guys hit that mid life crisis they really hit it *hard.*

It wasn’t so bad when it aired because you could just turn it off and move on but i could see it being a vibe killer if you’re binging the show.

Don’t totally agree, but it was a funny post, and that’s that.

It’s unfortunate that the mars Volta had one good song despite all that talent.

It doesn’t belong on the show, but it’s there

That certainly is a stream of words I read with my own two eyes.

Mars Volta is the 2 Chains of Unc Rock maybe, let me check

Yes it was totally forced. Then again, the music choice wasn’t the biggest disaster about alien earth, the script was.

I think I just had a stroke reading the title.
