Is it before second plane hit the other tower? If so, its probably a few min after it hit. I’d guess about 8:50. Second plane hit at 9:03. If that plane in the background is the second plane, its closer to 9.

Many years ago If read a book that was well researched about the planes. Of the 4, two were already in the boneyard in Arizona, and two continued on flying for several years post 9/11 before they too were decommissioned. This is based on tail numbers and type. This meant no planes were hijacked and none flew into buildings. His research agrees with this image in that one of the two that were still operational flew past the towers to be seen by air traffic controllers who had many phantom blips on radar because of the exercise that was ongoing. It added to the realism however too late to account for the blast holes in the bldgs.
The other plane was in DC and flew around the area of Reagan Natl, to be seen by eyewitnesses on the interstate and the barracks. It flew over Arlington Cemetery before flying very low over the interstate, the Pentagon and landing at Reagan Natl. This made people think it crashed on top of the Pentagon when seeing in person. It was an optical illusion it just flew out of their range of vision. Later they get home and are confused and astonished to find that plane allegedly crashed into the side of the Pentagon leaving not much wreckage behind to speak of or any evidence a plane crashed anywhere near the Pentagon. It just sort of exploded and burned right at the accounting dept.

Clearly it’s the first building struck.

Not really related, but I tried to find the picture of someone holding a plane part on the lawn of the pent, and was surprised I could not find it.
