Ich bleibe eine Woche in Limassol und habe vor, eines Tages ins Troodos-Gebirge zu fahren. Auf der Suche nach kleinen Dörfern oder Aussichtspunkten, die die kurvenreichen Straßen wert sind. Außerdem war die Buchung bei mir sehr einfach Autovermietung was ich nach ein paar oberflächlichen Erfahrungen woanders sehr geschätzt habe :))
Wenn jemand diese Fahrt schon einmal gemacht hat, was ist Ihr Lieblingsstopp zum Essen oder Fotografieren?

Kalopanayiotis village is worth a visit.
Lofu, lania, pano platres, kakopetria (could be done in one day) and kalopanayotis – list from nearest to more distant ones. I would add lefkara (and Cato Drys) and omodos as well.
I love Odou, Farmakas, Ora, Agioi Vavatsinias. Especially if it’s a bit cold.

It’s village festival season now, and you’ll find a festival (apple, grape, mushroom, etc.) on most weekends in the mountains. I’d combine a walk on the Artemis trail (2-3 hours) and then enjoy a late afternoon at a festival with music and food. The trail is quite easy to walk, circular, so you get amazing views in all directions.
