It would more cost effective to have the dogs just speak persuasively to the enemy and get them to surrender willingly. Using many sophisticated psychological tricks, an Ai would be formidable, especially if it was a very convincing humanoid robot.
They won’t stop until they get their own people killed. Hell, it might not even stop then.
