Those who refuse to abandon warzone, should be evacuated forcibly. They become a liability, that leads to waste of assets and needles death of others.
Stupid and irresponsible peoples risking their own and family members lives and endangering ukrainian soldiers for houses in war ravaged place and many of them would be simply executed on spot by incoming russian murderers in another Bucha masacre.
They should be relocated by force by security forces before enemy advancements.
