This is cropped so badly that one of the countries isn’t even on it… This is so clearly not map porn and just for clicks.

Technically, this should have Switzerland as well. The current President of the Federal Council is Karin Keller-Sutter.
However, the Swiss system of government is pretty non-standard when compared internationally. And there’s an argument to be made why Switzerland may be omitted from this map. The head of state and the head of government coincide. The head of government isn’t a single person, but formed by a committee of seven equal-ranked ministers, the Federal Council. The office of President of the Federal Council is limited to a one year term and is mostly of symbolic (international representation) or administrative (leading the council meetings) nature. It doesn’t hold any power and it could be argued that, as such, there is no (single) leader.
The office of presidency rotates between all members of the Federal Council by seniority. This also means that presidents for the next few years are predictable (unless one of the members steps back). The next women to hold the presidency is expected to be Elisabeth Baume-Schneider in 2029.

In Mexico, she is not an executive leader, she is merely the spokesperson for drug trafficking.
