I can actually see that for both genders. When you’re wearing something like a prosthetic you kinda go in expecting it to be skin tight. The lining of even modest underwear can either eat into you because of the pressure of have a visible outline under the costume. If they’re not familiar with this/ or don’t do it often/ or have had this experience; it’s kinda understandable they wouldn’t wear underwear.
