    1. That’s not the government, that’s a school (STU – Slovenská technická univerzita/Slovak technology university), more specifically, their premises office. But if you’ve never been here, it’s probably a misclick on their end. Or some kind of scam 🤷🏼‍♂️

It says it is accommodation tax, probably for staying at the dormitory of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.

If you have never been to Slovakia just respond to them that they likely have wrong email address, as you have never been to Slovakia. You can have it translated via ChatGPT or Gemini to Slovak or just respond in English.

It’s email from Slovak Tech University in Bratislava, they are sending you invoice for Accommodation tax. It’s a tax paid to the city of Bratislava.

I assume you live in their student halls, which is why they are sending you the invoice, unless they have wrong email address.

if you’ve never been to slovakia then you don’t have to worry about it.

it looks legit (from a university, not the government), just probably misaddressed. i guess you could inspect the original email and somehow determine if the sender is spoofed

you have two options – just leave it be or do some work and maybe notify the university. if it’s spoofed, tell them that scammers are spoofing their addresses. if it’s legit, tell them they have the wrong guy

    5. as others said, if you didn’t live in University dorm, just explain that to them

seem official, so probably a mistake or misspelled address
