Soo…. why not include Romania and build it over land….
Hope they make it easily repairable
Ukraine doesn’t have enough money to cover its own budget. How can they plan internet projects 2 years in the future. They might not have electricity next month, but they want to lay internet cable?
So they could be cut with anchors like baltic sea cables?
Does Bulgaria has more redundant links to Europe(mostly Norwegian) intercontinental internet hubs than Poland?
