Puts me to mind of when the UK sold fake bomb detecting hardware to the Iraqi military that was just a light and a battery in a box.
Military procurement will always attract grifters.
the problem with jammers is they are also a signal source a missile/drone can track and hit. It is a bit like saying we can hide in the forest by screaming really loudly.
From a couple months back but always brings a needed chuckle in these trying times.
