You do see some people taking the absolute mickey with the tiniest of cut out L plates on the rear windows
Can we do something about the people who cut the white off the L and N stickers?

What when someone is driving along on a wet day, on a wet muddy road and the license plate has mud all over it.. Will they make allowances for that
I thought that was already a thing? I remember some guys in college getting tickets for this.
It has gone crazy is last number of years with black writing on dark grey plates that are high gloss, was so obvious what they were trying to do
