Ich habe mich immer gefragt: Wenn wir eine Momentaufnahme davon machen könnten, wie sich die ganze Welt gerade fühlt, wie würde sie aussehen?
Also baute ich ein kleines Projekt namens Die heutige Weltstimmung. Jeder erhält eine Stimme pro Tag – gut, schlecht oder neutral – und die Website wird in Echtzeit aktualisiert, um die allgemeine Stimmung auf dem Planeten anzuzeigen. Leider sind die Daten derzeit begrenzt, da dies gerade erst implementiert wird.
Dies ist auch das erste Mal, dass ich an einem solchen Projekt beteiligt bin, obwohl ich das Potenzial sehe, so viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten zur Darstellung historischer Stimmungsdaten zu haben, wenn es populär genug wird.

I’d like to see how far we Americans pull down the average.
There’s always a bigger incentive to expressive negative moods and not positive ones. I think for the majority of the time the results will have higher turnouts for neutral and bad moods regardless of whether that reflects most people’s real state of being.
Pretty cool idea! May I make a suggestion? Rather than displaying “today’s leading mood”, assign a value to each mood (like 1 for good, 0 for neutral, and -1 for bad) and display the average. Otherwise it’s probably just going to be “good” all the time.
This is really cool, awesome idea and clean execution. Hopefully you get enough data to expand this project how you want!
