This is why Russia will keep spanking our arses. I don’t see them seeking approval for anything they do.
The inspections should involve driling the hull. It’s very important to know what metal was used to build them.
Not going to happen, because China would happily follow the suit.
Do we need permission to search illegal ships? Boating is different.
