New Clarkson Amazon Prime show you say

      „Clarksons Constituency“

      Exploring Clarksons involvement with politics?

Would probably open alot of people’s eyes to the inner workings

Don’t see JCs ego taking it too well if he fails. Will he blame the deep state?

I’m near 100% certain Clarkson would win that contest as depressing as that thought is.

Clarkson wins and then…finds out being an MP is actually a fuckton of work if you’re going to do it properly?

Milliband is good mp for his area. I know a few people who have had dealing with him where he has gotten personally involved. I get much doubt Clarkson would give a damn about local issues. If he did he probably wouldn’t have time anyway

Clarkson will be his usual bullying self, like he is on his TV programmes, he really is an obnoxious former public school boy.

I doubt if he will win, Clarkson is a ‚marmite‘ character, chavs on Vauxhall Novas love him, nearly everyone else loaths him.

    7. Clarkson could be worth a punt, he wasnt an environment guy until he started farming and he started dealing with the reality of it.

He might be shit but he’d open peoples eyes.

Well, what did anyone expect him to say? Ed Milligan’s says he is ‘shitting himself’ I’m fear of Clarkson challenging him? This is literally the only possible response this is ever going to get for any professional politician.

Surely Clarkson is likely to split the Conservative and Reform vote in Doncaster more then he takes away from Labour?

Purely on electoral arithmetic, it might actually be a good thing for Miliband

I suppose the main concern with this is Ed Milliband is one of very few who actually know what they’re doing. But the voting public love an idiot, so Clarkson here we come.

He’s not going to do it. He would have to reveal far too much about himself, which he wouldn’t want to do.

    12. „At least I can eat bacon sandwich“

      „At least I don’t punch people when I don’t get one.“

    13. If Clarkson was part of Reform Red Ed would be done.

He probably happy if it Reform VS Clarkson as it splits vote.

    14. I hope Clarkson knows what he is doing. He might think being an MP is a giggle and they do nothing for the nation or their constituents but he is also not an idiot and he must realise that isn’t true. Having had heart surgery adding a stint in Parliament would not be a good addition to his workload.

According to what I’ve read Milliband does a good job as an MP, and Clarkson will have his work cut out to win. The biggest risk to Milliband might be Reform although they didn’t stand in the last election.

    15. I can see Clarkson winning. Having said that I can also see him not really wanting the sort of scrutiny he might get put under …and ending up punching someone if the heat is turned up. And let’s face it , it’s not like he’d ever want to turn up in Parliament let alone be accountable. None if which would necessarily stop him winning,

„Watch next episode where Jeremy needs to deal with the consequences of removing health regulations. People have died so how will he get out of it thiiiis time? “

Don’t think I want the guy who’s made a career out of being a bumbling fool to be in a position with actual stakes.

Clarkson is just another bored, rich dilettante who wants to “dabble” in running the country to feel good about himself.
