TL;DR Am 19.

Resolution seems simple. Instead of restricting graduates on which company they work for, just make a policy to force Japanese companies to offer better terms than the foreign companies.

      *Breaking News*:

Idiot questions why young, eager to innovate and elevate graduates choose to work for performance based companies opposed to traditional Japanese seniority biased companies. More at 5.

Yes the problem is definitely not the shitty salaries, non-existent benefits, and anti-meritocratic, suffocating work environment that domestic companies offer.

Setting aside the fact that this is untrue in my experience (Todai graduates work for white-shoe domestic companies), I’d like to take a minute to acknowledge how brilliant this man’s political mind is. Cut taxes, increase welfare spending, kick out competent foreigners and defund the universities.

This is how I’d aim to govern a country in a game I’m tired of playing and looking to lose for fun.

Wow this is exactly what India’s right-wing anti-Muslim ruling party BJP said about IITians (IITs are a group of national level govt funded universities in India are are considered to be amongst the best in India, and only students who survived the intense rat-race competition of JEE Mains and JEE Adv) similar to China’s Gaokao, can attend, says, „IIT Graduates go to work for foreign companies. Let’s force them to serve a mandatory period of national service to pay back gratitude“. What gratitude? These universities are funded by tax money paid by student’s parents. There are no scholarships for general caste people at all, everything is paid for by parents even after surviving those exams, so what’s the talk about „gratitude and national service“?

If you want top students to stay in their own country, why not build the environment and infrastructure for it? Change the stupid corporate slave culture, and promote promotion-based culture, not „loyalty-based“ or age-based hierarchical structure. Also, increase the pay, don’t pay them shit.

    6. These guys are just out to enrich themselves and their wealthy homies. Of course they want to try to force people to work for them in unfavorable conditions.
