Wir freuen uns über alle touristischen Orte, Hotel- und Essensempfehlungen! Außerdem möchte ich unbedingt auch Gudauri besuchen, um den Schnee zu sehen. Mir ist bewusst, dass die Skisaison gerade nicht läuft, aber würde es Schnee geben oder Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten haben? Vielen Dank im Voraus x

It seems like you are going around whole country. Another alternative to Gudauri is Bakuriani
Visit didgori battle memorial while you are in Tbilisi it’s not far from there
“Jew worship place” is a choice.
Skip Gudauri and Kutaisi. Vardzia is better than both, and you can see Rabati and Borjomi en route.
Are you avoiding wine on purpose? Otherwise, a day tour (at least) out to Sighnaghi or Telavi is a must. Eat This Tours do great wine tours.
Also, Dashbashi isn’t worth the trip in my opinion. It’s a tourist trap, rather than a worthwhile landmark.
