BC-Politiker sind zuversichtlich, nachdem Ottawa ein Gesetz zur Kautionsreform versprochen hat

After they pass the law, is the government going to publish meaningful bail statistics so the public can see if it is working or are we going to continue with a ‚trust us‘ approach, where the only statistics that are published are uselessly grouped together such that the first time shoplifter is lumped in with the guy who stabbed someone while already on release?
