Seems that they really are now arresting people for being intoxicated while riding a bicycle.

I was stopped by a police once after company drinking party when I was riding my bicycle from the train station to my home. They only wanted to check my bicycle registration then and apologized for stopping me when I was in a „good mood“. This was almost a decade back but I surely would have been arrested if it was now.

      >Actually arrested for cycling drunk.

I’ve only heard about this in the most esoteric of legends.

Yet they just let a lady who was riding in front of me go. She was riding with an umbrella in one hand, shopping bags in another while talking to her boyfriend loudly on speaker phone. Oh she had a small bicycle and the bicycle couldn’t hold her weight so she had to jump off it and walk up a 2° slope.

    4. I saw an older dude riding on the bicycle with a can of highball on his hand outside of my place three months ago.
