Liberaldemokraten gewinnen sechs Sitze bei Nachwahlen in Surrey

Anyone local able to comment on what LDs were campaigning on locally? Or a reflection of national mood? I’m quite receptive of the LDs, but as effective as they can be at the local level, its sad how often this is directed at NIMBYism rather than something actually productive.
