Holy shit you actually can’t make this up. Trump tariffs us more and our response is to exempt more stuff for them.

Lets recap, so far we have more tariffs on steel, lumber, aluminum, copper and now truck imports than before Carney took office. Is this what winning looks like?
Interesting that it’s coming at the start of a high stakes China trip.
May still lead to nothing, though.
Carney has said he wants Trump to see the benefits of the integrated economy in a recent interview. I hope he’ll lose hope in that prospect soon.
