This is not the case for Greece. While the Left-wing PASOK government recognized the jurisdiction of the ICC in Greece, back in 1993, the recognition made it clear that this jurisdiction was not accepted in matters of national defense.
With Israel being a military partner of Greece, especially through its increasing enmity with Turkey over Gaza and especially Lebanon and Syria, which Turkey has voted an active casus belli against Greece, Greco-Israeli relations certainly fall on the category of matters of national defense.
Then again, the ICC’s ruling was based on the possible case that the genocide accusation is true, so this warrant is akin wanting to arrest someone for killing a person who is not dead for sure, but might as well have disappeared on their own volition, while also, the ICC and ICJ do recognize that active State Leaders and Government Leaders have diplomatic immunity.

Yeah, the ICC, famously known for having their nations arresting people they are supposed to arrest.
As far as I can remember that has pretty much never happened to anyone even remotely important.

The fact that they put Putin and Netanyahu in the same category shows how corrupt and illegitimate the ICC has become. It was a nice idea, but it’s time to disband the institution.

Putin has been to S Africa and Mongolia (and that’s just at a passing glance). Treaties are just useless words if no one enforces them with gratuitous violence.

If I remember well Netanyahu had to avoid flying over some European countries airspace to go to the UN because they said that they would’ve stopped/arrested him. But some countries (like Italy for instance) didn’t and let him fly over, although they should’ve also tried to stop him if he did
