This is yet another example of clear governmental overreach to undermine and erode core guarantees to a civil and just society.

At this point, the NDP might be forced to vote down this government as these constant and willful erosions are going to undermine their entire position entirely. Even if you agree with *Carney’s LP* using these with restraint, picture how a PM Bernier would abuse them.
