Ich bin ein Verbraucher, der eine gefälschte Rechnung von Sejfer Nyheter AB erhalten hat, in der behauptet wird, ich hätte mich für deren Nachrichtendienst angemeldet. Ich habe mich nie angemeldet, aber wie viele andere habe ich wiederholt Erinnerungen und sogar die Androhung rechtlicher Schritte erhalten.
Anstatt aus Angst zu zahlen (was viele Menschen leider tun), reichte ich eine Beschwerde bei ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), Schwedens nationaler Behörde für Verbraucherstreitigkeiten, ein.
Das Ergebnis? Ich habe gewonnen. ARN erklärte die Rechnung für ungültig und erklärte, das Unternehmen müsse mir 1.196 SEK erstatten.
Wenn Sie sich in einer ähnlichen Situation befinden, kennen Sie Ihre Rechte. Lass dich nicht unter Druck setzen. Wenn Sie mit der Dienstleistung nicht einverstanden sind, können (und sollten) Sie dies melden.
Ich warte jetzt darauf, dass sie es mir zurückzahlen, und wenn nicht, werde ich mich an Kronofogden (schwedische Strafverfolgungsbehörde) wenden.

I think you misunderstood the decision – ARN only recommends they repay you.
This IS NOT LEGAL ENFORCEMENT.
Most companies do listen to ARN but they have no legal obligation to do so – they can continue and take it to court if they wish.

ARNs ruling is just a recommendation and not something a company legally have to do. It’s even the first thing in the text, „Nämnden rekommenderar“.
They are recommending that the company repays you – which they most likely won’t.
You can’t go to Kronofogden as a court hasn’t mandated them to pay you back. You have to sue them in court, and the court will likely go the same route as ARN and order them to pay you money.
ARN is just a recommendation, if they don’t follow it.. they end up on the black list.. and would they care about that? Probably not.

ARN only give out recommendations, it’s in no way a legal document or court order. If you go to Kronofogden with this and Sejfer Nyheter AB reject to pay you will have to go through Tingsrätten for a civil court decision.
You will also have to pay Kronofogden 300 SEK to determine the claim (and 600 SEK per year in worst case for enforcement) This cost can later be paid to you by Sejfer if you win as compensation.
Also remember, going through a civil case will cost you money if you loose.

Uppenbart medvetet försök till att dölja att man faktiskt köper någonting. Dessutom är det förbjudet att „bjuda“ på en gratisperiod för att sedan automatiskt bli skyldig att betala om man inte säger upp prenumerationen.
