New excuse: “can’t swear in during active lawsuit”
In my opinion, I would probably get the ball rolling because Johnson has no intention to swear her in at any time.

Should have started that process a month ago, she’s not getting sworn in if it means the pedophiles in the government get exposed.
If she was a white male Republican, Johnson wouldn’t put any false barriers in the way of swearing in Adelita Grijalva for House Representative from Arizona. The only thing in her way is her party, race and sex.
Increasingly, the court system and judges are the only things getting in the way of the systematic dismantling of the US democratic experiment.
Following this, we should expect to see some kind of action being taken by the oligarchs against specific judges and the overall system to better align it to fit their ongoing requirements.
