There is no other reason for Mike Johnson to continue to refuse to swear in Representative-elect Adelita Grijalva over three weeks after she was originally elected to Congress. She would be the 218th and final signature on the discharge petition to release the Epstein files, and Johnson knows that Trump and other major Republicans are named in them. He and the rest of the GOP are protecting pedophiles, that’s all there is to it.

Mark Kelly spoke before him, and tiptoed around why she hasn’t been sworn in. Gallego walked right up to the mike and said it. I’m so disappointed in an AZ incumbent that doesn’t have the balls to say what he’s thinking. Our freshman congressman shows exactly why we need to get rid of the old. Kelly basically said Grijalva must be sworn in, but he wasn’t brave enough to stand up tall for her, or Arizona’s representation. Good on Gallego manning up.
