Looks like every shower-head I buy from Aldi/Lidl for 10€ every two years when the old one is clogged (I have high concentration of lime in the water)
Best to take this one to a Baumarkt (Bauhaus, Hornbach…) and ask for something with the same features. Looks like 3 or 5 different types of waterjet, so just one of those. Maybe they even have the same.
The show head is such a cheap item. I’m sure your cousin doesn’t bother if you simply tell him.
Look in Bauhaus nearby.
At your local Baumarkt. This is a very generic, plastic, shower head, nothing special about it.
Unless your cousin is a weird one, he probably won’t even notice it’s „new“
Just tell him first!
