      Risks ?

      Uk law currently says you can kick a trans bloke out the mens for being female at birth AND out the ladies for looking too much like a bloke.

      I believe there is a case making its way to the ECHR at this very moment so the matter will be resolved pretty quickly I would imagine.

      Presumably then , they consider that there is no right to single sex spaces (of any kind?) under the ECHR.

      Isn’t the fear of an ‚intermediate zone‘ kind of implying that there is no spectrum to gender and that it’s binary?
