    1. Believe it or not somehow Poland is a secular country yet it has a Roman Catholic Crucifix right on the door.

    2. Belgium has seven parliaments: a bicameral federal parliament (House of Representatives and Senate) and five regional and community parliaments. The federal parliament is responsible for national legislation, while the regional and community parliaments handle matters specific to their areas.

      Which one you want?😎

    4. The Austrian one is simple: [https://www.bvz.at/image/3840×0-jpg/5490862/img-VeZUHYVFbJmjN6hO.jpeg](https://www.bvz.at/image/3840×0-jpg/5490862/img-VeZUHYVFbJmjN6hO.jpeg)

More impressive is the historical one which is only used for ceremonial stuff anymore: [https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/54/Sitzungssaal_des_Abgeordnetenhauses%2C_Parlament%2C_Wien.jpg](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/54/Sitzungssaal_des_Abgeordnetenhauses%2C_Parlament%2C_Wien.jpg)

The Czech Chamber of Deputies is… alright, I guess?

The chamber itself looks splendid as one would expect, but the building is just total chaos. It’s actually three palaces connected together in a very haphazard fashion. I have been there a few times and honestly it’s super easy to get lost. Kinda works as a metaphor for our politics, I guess.

The parliament got relocated in 2020 to the building that used to house the central committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party.

The move was controversial and it lasted a few months before returning back to the original building, but in 2023 the parliament was moved again.

    7. Poland’s parliament looks surprisingly elegant. That ceiling design is really something
