The aim is to stay open until 1am on match days if England or Scotland reach the semis, but given these are happening in Germany why does it need to be so late? If the match is earlier then kids who love football can watch it too.
They should be allowed to open until 1 AM at any point anyway. Our licencing laws are still needlessly draconian.
