Spoiler alert: assuming this piece doesn’t omit some critical information, there is absolutely nothing—*nothing*—to suggest that anything untoward was done to this woman because of her race.
Something is missing from the story , an endometrial ablation is a minimally invasive outpatient procedure that does not require incisions and a hysterectomy is a major open or laparoscopic surgery with post operative hospitalization.
