They did to some extent, given especially that this was during the pandemic and they were more inactive. But also, Biden wasn’t nearly as repressive to freedom of expression of American citizens as Trump is.

South Park was in a weird spot for his term where they were really only doing specials, and there just wasn’t anything notable enough to do a special on that would have superseded the topics they chose.

During Biden, they were able to mock intellectually, with Trump they just need to make fun of their looks and what they say.

Some possibilities:
1) Matt and Trey have liberal ideals and enjoy lambasting conservatives.
2) Comedy Central has other liberal leaning shows (ie Daily Show) and Comedy Central exerts more content control than they admit to.
3) Making fun of Conservatives is simply better ratings and Matt and Trey are just looking for the biggest payday.

They could have portrayed him as a slow shriveled man, but I don’t think that would engage the viewer much or be the focus of a multi episode plot.
Maybe they could have made fun with how weird he was around kids, but even with the new episodes they don’t seem to make too much fun of pedophilia
