I think Romania can send Patriot to Ukraine.

This guy want stop be head of NATO.
And when other countries are rallying to get more air defence to Ukraine, he says his own country is open to maybe sending a patriot.
Meanwhile Spain and Germany have discussed, and already send new patriots last month.
Clearly unfit to run NATO, more decisive action is needed.
