      „Trump says…“ is usually enough to know he’s lying. But adding „…he may send…“ is an absolute confirmation that he’s lying.

      Even when Trump says that he will definitely do something, I do not believe him. He has made promises and promptly broken them, every day of his entire adult life. I believe his actions, after I see the evidence. I do not believe his words.

      * if war not settled
      * -> he may tell Putin (but won’t necessarily do that)
      * ->(that) he may send Tomahawks to Ukraine (but again, won’t necessarily do that).

      So that’s a nothing burger.
