      No buts. If a common person robbed a liquor store and told the police ‚I had to do it, or my family wouldn’t have a meal‘, would that excuse exempt that person from being charged for that crime? No.

      However, you’ll get plenty of average citizens stating a president had to sign that bill, because if he didn’t something negative would have occurred. Pure nonsense – we all have choices, just as that president had.
