Things like these is like a game of whack a mole. The EU parliament tries to sneak some surveillance bill in and hopes no one notices enough to cause stir. Then the constituents try to spot and whack the bill.

Sadly it’s bound to happen some time in the future

In another discussion somebody mentioned the vote has been rescheduled for December. 

So we need to push the topic to stay visible, before they sweep it under the rug.
