Ich war letztes Wochenende beim Weinfest in Chisinau und habe es nach einigen Verkostungen probiert. Es war ziemlich gut, aber ich habe keine Ahnung, was es ist? Eine Art kohlensäurehaltige Weintrauben?

Tulburel. Not grape juice, not wine yet either. That’s what goes into barrels and matures into wine.
basically wine before the grapes get fermented
OP how was your experience at the wine festival? I was part of the organizing team and would love to hear your experience as a visitor.
This gave me flashbacks of „must“, which is is a fresh, unfermented grape juice. It’s quite sweet.
As a lot of Moldovans brew their own wine every year, the „must“ is offered to the kids after the grapes are crushed.
Every villager in Moldova has his own barrels of wine. So it’s pretty cosy.

Just a tip, don’t leave the plug on that bottle. Remove it, or you’ll have a little „explosion“. Some of us learn it the hard way.
In German it’s called “sturm”
