The baby is in the amniotic sac (amniotic fluid) inside the uterus, not „in the placenta.“
The placenta is an organ attached to the uterine wall that connects to the baby via the umbilical cord. It delivers oxygen and nutrients, and removes waste. So saying the baby is „in the placenta“ is anatomically incorrect.
