Hallo, könnte jemand dieses Rezept für meinen Freund übersetzen? Wir lernen immer noch Bulgarisch und können es nicht selbst übersetzen.

Vielen Dank im Voraus für alle Hilfe und Zeit.

Omnibiotic 10 sache 1×1 daily for 3 days

Immodium instant – diharrea (Имодиум инстант, против диария, разстройство)
Hydratin alpha (sache- means powder to use with water in glass)- When you are dehydrated (при дехидратация)
Omnibiotic sache – for immune system
      Pulcet – for stomatch problems

    4. Immodium instant – 1 pill only once (this should instantly stop the symptoms)

Hydrating alpha – 1 Sache twice a day (this is going to help you rehydrate and get electrolytes, it tastes horrendous whichever taste you get and you need to take it in small sips)

Omnibiotic – 1 Sache a day for 3 days (this should restore the gut flora, if you take antibiotics make sure you give some time between the two things)

Pulcet – 1 pill a day, in the morning, 30 min before food (this is usually for GERD sufferers, so read the flyer for sure, even with Google translate)

Btw i wouldn’t trust this doctor, because everyone knows real doctors’ handwriting is impossible to read. This one – isn’t.

You need a pharmacist to decrypt the ancient texts into human language.

This is crazy. One tablet only of loperamide? What if the diarrhea does not stop with 2 mg of loperamide? You are supposed to take 4 mg with the first diarrheal movement and then 2 mg (1 tab) with each next diarrhea for a maximum of 16 mg per day (8 tabs). 1 tab won’t do anything.
Hydration alpha? There is way more electrolytes with better bioavailability in milk (or yogurt for lactose intolerant folks). Why would you even prescribe this? Prescribe airan (probably fraction of the price).
Not all probiotics are made equal. A lot of crappy ones are sold that no active cultures are in them (or cultures that do not survive the gastric acid). Again my argument for the yogurt (kefir is even better)
