      This will only happen on condition that there is a full technology and know-how transfer to American businesses. I’d bet good money on this.

      Hopefully this deal improves his reputation in Finland, even slightly.

      He has positive views toward Finns and Finland, and I would like to see at least some respect in return.

      He previously said that they’re not intending to pay the full price. A grifter and a fraud.
