Just read the study you linked. Not seeing where it says 500,000 paralyzed by the vaccine. Did you get that number somewhere else?
That is a very flawed study. For one, the vaccine they are talking about is only given to children aged 0-5 but the study looks at children aged 0-15.
The study also claims to have found claims in two regions, however close regions with the same policies reported different rates.
The study also doesn’t account for any changes in Polio monitoring systems in the time period listed, which is likely to occur if vaccines are being continued/discontinued.
Thats why hes no longer allowed to go to India
