At 8:04 of this video, the fighter is using what looks like a [Chinese Type 63 assault rifle. ](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_63_assault_rifle#Description)Not only did this rifle get replaced by the more prolific Type 81, but this part of Burma is near the Thai border rather than China. Tanintharyi actually has a lot of Type 63s judging by the Facebook pics posted by the rebels (most combat footage from Burma gets posted to either FB or Telegram).
